Feilong Technology R&D Center has more than 100 R&D personnel, including 6 doctors and 3 distinguished professors. Its research and development fields mainly include green buildings, smart construction, Prefabricated building, etc. It has more than 100 national patents, including 5 invention patents, 3 provincial construction methods, 1 provincial scientific and technological achievements evaluation, and participated in the preparation of 3 provincial technical specifications; It has also won two national technological innovation awards for building materials industry, more than 300 national, provincial and municipal BIM, construction method and QC achievement awards, and one scientific and technological innovation development plan project of Yantai City.

In order to promote the transformation, upgrading and innovative development of enterprises, Feilong Group actively carries out the integration of industry and education, and has carried out in-depth technical cooperation, talent cultivation, achievement transformation, etc. with Tsinghua University, Harbin Engineering University Research Institute, Yantai University and other universities.
